This website, trutalk.co, is operated by Ryan DeMent, a mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2494420) with NEXA Mortgage, LLC (NMLS #1660690). This site also hosts the Chasing Financial Freedom and Chasing Happiness podcasts. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Ryan DeMent.

When you fill out a loan inquiry form on this site, we collect:
